Silvano Senzamici
Silvano Senzamici moved to Bethel nearly 3 years ago with his young family and jumped right into civic life with both feet firmly planted. He is a Justice of the Peace for the Town of Bethel, as well as an active Commissioner on the Bethel Housing Authority.
For most of his career, Silvano's focus and accomplishments have been centered around small business, finance, property management, and real estate. The experiences he's had in each industry serve him well in performing the duty he holds to his family, community, business and, most importantly, the people to which he provides his knowledge and expertise.
Silvano’s ownership of rental and investment properties requires that he be well versed in contract and lease negotiations, budget development and forecasting, safety and building code compliance, process and standards improvement, and market research and analysis.
Silvano earned a degree from the College of Westchester in Business Administration with a concentration on Marketing and Management and now pursues his MBA in his spare time. He is currently licensed in CT, with NY & FL following shortly, and is a very proud member of the National Association of REALTORS®
